Gwenn Knights "Shells of Glass" series is a stunning reminder of the artist's connection to nature.
 You might notice that her pieces are reminiscent of Venetian Style glass-this is because she 
uses a difficult and impressive technique of applying contrasting canes of color to the exterior of
her shells. Gwenn began working in glass in 1972 and has studied at the Pilchuck Glass School 
and the Seattle Pratt Fine Arts Center.
