Vancouver Artist Lisa Samphire is renown for her imagination, and her superior 
ability to join several design elements together to create a whole. 
Her "Starry Night" platterform series takes echoes of Van Gogh and whirls them 
into a center essence with copper shapes and swirling color. A contrasting bubble 
of richly jewel toned glass frames the center whorl in purity of bright color. 

The clear I 1/2 " foot on the back allows you to use these platters for horizontal accents on a table as well as the vertical orientation in a plexi stand, sold separately, as shown here.

Vancouver Artist Lisa Samphire is renown for her imagination, and her superior ability to join several design elements together to create a whole. Her "Spikey" series reflects her talent-made of a center ball, lined with pure gold leaf, and assembled hot with cast glass spikes of different size and diameter, then sandblasted for a soft exterior finish. The gold is so reflective that our customers over the years have assumed that these sculptures were actually a light source plugged into the wall.

Crafted in vibrant tones of Aborigines and green, Canadian Artist Lisa Samphire has made this wonderful "Eggplant Platter".  Actually created from two separate bubbles of glass, this "icalmo" style platter features a 1" foot in the back center, which will allow you to use it horizontally on  a table or any flat surface.  A Plexiglas stand (sold separately) will allow you to mount this platter on a wall, or use it on a mantelpiece or shelf.
